Thank you Nancy. Last year 2023 was a huge change for me. I was going through bankruptcy and had been homeless. When I was back up on my feet after bankruptcy and now able to be better financially, Nancy gave me hope. She emailed me, called and was there until I was ready. I can't say enough great things about my experience with J. ELLIS' service. In particular Patty. I'm relocating from AZ to DFW area. I had just had a bad experience with a property management company pulling a bait and switch and attempting to increase the rent amount when they sent the lease, and trying to increase the price by nearly $150. I no longer wanted to lease from them but l was also a bit reluctant to try and start the search over and find another place on my own.
Out of desperation I reluctantly went online to find some help. As luck would have it I found J. ELLIS ad, read the reviews and thought, "what have i got to lose?". I submitted am inquiry at 11pm my time and received a phone call from Patty by noon the following day, which happened to be a SUNDAY. I was so surprised.
We chatted about my situation and what I was looking for and she said she thought of two places in particular that I'd really like but that she'd compile a list. Which I received first thing the next morning. From her list I Narrowed it down to my top 3. By the end of the week I had an application submitted.
Patty followed up every couple days and checked in with me and the leasing agent over at the property until there was a final approval.

Now all I have to do is pack. 😉

I worked with Nancy at J. Ellis. I have a bankruptcy on my record, so a lot of places didn’t want to rent to me. I walked in without an appointment at around 4:00 pm in desperate need of a place to stay after my original plans fell through. By 10:00 am the next morning, Nancy provided the contact information for gorgeous, safe, and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood that was within my price range and had everything I wanted. Tiffany was amazing! We were struggling to find an apartment with background and credit problems. After multiple denied applications we found j.ellis and began working with Tiffany.
